Additionally, a limited appointment schedule is available in Fredericksburg, VA. Procedures are performed 365 days per year.
Our practice proudly provides the full spectrum of state-of-the-art infertility diagnosis and treatment, in addition to specialized care for endometriosis, uterine fibroids, sperm abnormalities, and female sterilization reversals. We have also published ground-breaking research that addresses intrauterine insemination and adhesion prevention.
We are here to serve you, however please note that it is your responsibility to obtain all necessary authorizations AND referrals if your insurance carrier requires them (many require both a referral AND authorization) as well as to follow up on claims that are greater than two months old.
Insurance coverage for infertility treatment is very inconsistent, so please feel free to speak to the Referral Coordinator or Business Manager if any questions arise regarding insurance reimbursement issues.
